Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the order not already being processed as a special-order or customised product.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Custom-built computers, specially procured products and special-order items cannot normally be cancelled once procurement or assembly has started.

We may cancel an order in case of:

• Product being out of stock.
• Payment verification failure.
• Suspected fraudulent transaction.
• Incorrect pricing due to a technical or typographical error.
• Incorrect product information.
• Circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid will be refunded.
