Refunds will be provided where an eligible replacement cannot be fulfilled or where a refund is otherwise approved or required under applicable law.
Once an eligible returned product has been received and verified, the refund will normally be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
For COD orders, we may request bank account details to process an approved refund.
Shipping or other charges may be non-refundable where legally permitted and where the return is not due to an error on our part.
